We are hiring an SEO Manager join our team of SEO specialists in delivering exceptional SEO for a range of local, national and international clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEO specialist who can take a clear strategic approach to creating campaigns that drive results to help our clients achieve their targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies for our clients.
  • Onsite and offsite optimisation and keyword expansion research.
  • Conducting keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Reviewing technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
  • Optimising website content and landing pages.
  • Collecting data and reporting on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
  • Overseeing search campaigns to ensure their success.
  • Managing spend, ensuring client budgets are adhered to,
  • Keeping abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
  • Building relationships with existing clients
  • Supporting with New Business Development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 + years SEO experience. A background in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
  • Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in using SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog
  • Experience with SEO reporting.
  • Experience of strategy creation for different clients.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great analytical & research skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

Essential experience required in the following platforms:

  • Google Analytics.
  • SEMRush
  • Screaming Frog.

Remuneration

  • £30k – £35k salary per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Full time – 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
  • Opportunity for additional performance-related bonuses.

We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of Search and Social Media specialists in creating, implementing and managing effective PPC and Paid Social strategies and campaigns for a range of local, national and international clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and modern marketing techniques, will possess strong analytical skills and technical skills, and will be able to adapt quickly and comfortably working within an agile, fast-paced and growing organisation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating targeted campaigns including keyword research, copy writing, segmentation etc.
  • Managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and wider Paid Social Channel.
  • Managing and monitoring spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
  • Suggesting, developing and improving campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Campaign optimisation against client KPIs.
  • Providing analytics, insights, and performance updates.
  • Maintaining and understanding conversion funnels through tracking platforms such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Contribution to detailed audits for assigned new clients.
  • Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to create copy and other creative content.
  • Campaign reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on client requirements.
  • Working closely with the wider team in creating project plans for each client.
  • Keeping abreast of PPC and SEM trends.

We’re hiring an Office Manager & PA who will be responsible for the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our business, and for providing PA support to our busy CEO. You will take the lead on organising people, information and other resources for our fast-paced digital marketing agency.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who can take a proactive approach and provide a first-class executive office service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for organisation, a keen eye for detail, great stakeholder management skills, an understanding of what it takes to support a senior executive, and an ability to adapt quickly and comfortably working within an agile, growing organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for our CEO, ensuring best use of time and adequate preparation for all meetings.
  • Travel booking, ensuring budgets are adhered to and the best routes are planned.
  • Responding to emails on CEO’s behalf, as appropriate.
  • Organising corporate gifts, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral for exhibitions and conferences.
  • Events management – organising and coordinating networking events, company celebrations, team away days etc.
  • HR admin – Coordinating new starter and leaver processes, issuing pension scheme letters, managing the administration of our private healthcare scheme.
  • Minute-taking at key client meetings, recording actions and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Creating and formatting PowerPoint decks and Word documents, including event presentations.
  • Managing online and paper filing systems (Bright HR & BrightSafe).
  • Office management duties, including ordering furniture, liaising with building landlords, liaising with IT support, and other duties as required.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, EA or Administrator (or similar).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, in particular).
  • Experience of managing busy diaries of senior executives.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools would be advantageous (such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Forms).
