We’re hiring a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Executive who will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing effective PPC strategies and campaigns for a range of local, national and international clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PPC specialist who can take a clear strategic approach to creating campaigns that drive results to help our clients achieve their targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and modern marketing techniques, will possess strong analytical skills and technical skills, and will be able to adapt quickly and comfortably working within an agile, fast-paced and growing organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating targeted campaigns including keyword research, copy writing, segmentation etc. 
  • Management of PPC campaigns across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Manage and monitor spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
  • Campaign optimisation against clients' KPIs.
  • Contribution to detailed audits for assigned new clients. 
  • Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to create copy and other creative content. 
  • Campaign reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on client requirements. 
  • Working closely with the wider team in creating project plans for each client. 
  • Keep up to date with market and technology related developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of PPC experience. A background in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram is desirable
  • Experience of strategy creation for different clients is desirable.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great analytical & research skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.

Essential experience required in the following platforms: 

  • Google AdWords
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Shopping
  • YouTube advertising

Remuneration:

  • £22k salary per annum. 
  • Full time – 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. 
  • Opportunity for additional performance-related bonuses.

About The Role

We’re hiring a dynamic, proactive Head of Paid Media who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of paid media specialists to create, implement and manage effective campaigns for a range of local, national and international clients.

Working closely with our Managing Director, this is a great opportunity for an experienced paid media professional to lead and grow their own department in a rapidly-expanding successful digital marketing agency.  

Collaborating with other areas of the agency, you will take a holistic approach to digital marketing, staying on top of emerging trends, making suggested improvements to our service offerings and ensuring all of our campaigns drive results to help our clients achieve their targets and goals.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the paid media team’s client delivery, retention and results.
  • Supporting the paid media team with client work and any performance challenges, ensuring industry best practice is adhered to at all times.
  • Managing high-profile client accounts including all client communications and reporting.
  • Developing and monitoring Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensuring all campaigns are optimised and delivering maximum ROI.
  • Conducting keyword research & competitor analysis.
  • Reporting, analysing and interpreting data for campaign performance and feeding back to clients with proposed actions.
  • Regular testing new strategies and relevant betas.
  • Preparing analysis to help provide insights to the wider team / business.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of paid media experience. A background in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
  • People management and leadership experience.
  • Experience in all paid search channels, including PPC, search, display and paid social.
  • Expert knowledge of all paid social platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience of strategy creation for high profile clients.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.

 Remuneration
