We are hiring a Business Development Manager to be responsible for planning, direction and execution of new business development across the agency in UK and globally, to develop and grow new client revenue in accordance with targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-focused professional to join a well-established and exciting digital agency.

You will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities. You will also be a driving force for innovation within the agency, leading the thinking, education and development of the sales function at Bobble Digital.

Ideally, you will have a wide network of senior and C-Suite level contacts within a range of industries. You will be comfortable using a consultative approach with these contacts to understand their needs and be able to demonstrate our capability to help.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
  • Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity, ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets
  • Lead the response to brief and pitching
